About the position


We are looking for a part-time energetic and multi-tasker HR Operations & Welfare to take care of the well-being of our team

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as an office manager / HR admin /HR Operations
  • Prior experience in a startup with over 30 employees in the Israeli site
  • Experience in office software such as Excel, P.P
  • Experience in Recruiting operations - advantage 
  • “Can do” attitude, high energy, initiative
  • Dedicated to planning ahead, yet nimble when faced with unexpected changes
  • “Roll up your sleeves” attitude
  • Great communication skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew & English)
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Attention to details and strong follow-up skills 
  • Versatile and multitasking
