About the position


We are looking for an experienced Professional Services Engineer to work closely with our customers to ensure Testim delivers the best value to our customer needs and challenges while helping to drive the company growth and revenue.

  • Design automation plans for multiple environments

  • Create automated testing code samples for workshops, tech notes, and demonstrations
  • Conduct onsite and online workshops for customers
  • Review customers' automated testing frameworks and make recommendations to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
  • Compose technical articles and guides
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

Requirements and skills


  • 2 or more years of experience in development/testing
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Experience testing web and/or mobile applications
  • Knowledge and experience with Javascript
  • Strong presentation and customer-facing skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to train/mentor groups and individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and in dynamic environments
  • Organized and methodical - able to eliminate product obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
