About the position

We are looking for a QA engineer looking to grow and become an automation expert. 

As a member of the team, you will be working with our customers to develop and maintain complex automation flows and support the teams with technical issues that might arise during the use of Testim.

You will bring the customer's feedback and ideas back into the company to help product tailor appropriate solutions.

You will work closely with CSMs on customer-related issues and tasks.

Requirements and skills

QA course graduate or have practical experience (preferably in QA automation)

Customer-centric - enjoys talking to customers (mainly developers and testers)

Highly motivated. Get things done

Self-starter - resourceful and creative in learning new domains but also a team player.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).

You have training skills & JS\HTML knowledge.


Must be willing to work mostly in US hours in a hybrid work model (remote work and office time).

08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Friday
